VP Finance - Small to mid-sized diverse organization

Very reputable smaller diverse organization is looking for a hands-on VP of Finance to oversee all aspects of accounting, GAAP reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, grant reporting, financial presentations to Senior Management including a BOD and internal controls. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for multiple lines of business including a nonprofit entity.
Minimum requirements include an MBA/ MS or CPA, hands-on experience in $15 - $75m organization, strong GAAP accounting and reporting, experience, being responsible for all aspects of accounting including AR, AP and payroll. Budget preparation and analysis, financial presentations, grant reporting (COVID grants included) and liaison with the CPA firm for the annual audit and tax compliance. Any nonprofit experience is a big plus even if its sitting on a board and understanding grants.
The base salary range is to $140,000 - $1700,000 plus bonus.
