What you get to do every day:

  • Survey reports and sheets of data

  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

  • Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources

  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete


  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Prior experience with Database Administration

  • Earlier work involving Call Center Customer Service

  • Quality experience with account reconciliation

  • Logistics Industry experience

  • Solid understanding of database management

  • Numeric data entry experience

  • Good understanding of Computer Keyboard

  • Well-founded grasp of billing

  • Skills in Customer Account

  • Foundational knowledge in Keyboard Skills

  • Practical knowledge of export customer service

  • Foundational knowledge in customer service

  • Deep understanding of Invoice Entry

  • Incoming payments experience required

  • General familiarity with import customer service

  • Experience with Customer Shipments

  • Proven knowledge of Typing Data Entry

  • Comprehension of customer invoices

  • Solid understanding of Inbound Shipments

  • Hands-on experience with data entry

  • Deep understanding of Computer Word Processing

  • Wide ranging experience with Administrative Office

  • Previous experience working with Create Purchase

    • Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Demonstrated typing accuracy

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
