We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant or recent graduate in the Augusta area. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger tasks, also including inventory management. You will be part of a team within the manufacturing industry, where your skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries and NetSuite will be highly utilized.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bank reconciliations

• Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring all invoices are issued to customers and payments are received on time

• Perform accounts payable tasks, verifying all invoices are accurate and payments are made timely

• Prepare journal entries and month-end close procedures

• Utilize NetSuite to perform duties

• Manage inventory records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects

Requirements

• Experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar position

• Proficiency in working with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Proficiency in Journal Entries creation and management

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting purposes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and dependability.
