Description Customer Service Representatives will be interested in OfficeTeam's new position if they love building solid customer relationships and want to work in the growing Manufacturing industry. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Hackettstown, New Jersey, and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time engagement. This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.

Handle incoming telephone calls
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Foundational knowledge in Assist Customers
Strong familiarity with CRM
Knowledge of Spanish Language
General familiarity with Resolve Customer Issues
Customer service experience highly desired
Proven knowledge of Customer Shipments
Well-founded grasp of Customer Support
Comprehensive knowledge of order entry
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven computer skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
