Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in the Legal industry, based in Haddonfield, New Jersey, 08043, United States. This role will primarily focus on providing technical assistance and support to our legal team and clients. The Help Desk Analyst III will be responsible for handling and resolving inquiries related to our legal software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proficient support in Microsoft Office/365, Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.

• Utilize knowledge of Kofax Power PDF and Aderant to assist in document management.

• Leverage your litigation experience to assist with e-filing in the New Jersey, New York, and Federal Courts.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in managing customer applications and records.

• Use strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries.

• Showcase excellent organizational and time management skills in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

• Handle computer hardware issues, configuration management, and deployments.

• Provide support for Apple Devices and Mac Computers.

• Show flexibility to work overtime when necessary to ensure all customer issues are addressed.

• Utilize your Microsoft and Active Directory skills to maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Expertise in Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Ability to work with Mac Computers

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft software and systems

• Experience with Active Directory

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Demonstrated ability to manage Deployments

• Legal industry experience is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
