OfficeTeam has a recognized company in the Pharmaceutical industry looking for a highly-skilled and focused Office Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties. Are you a creative self-starter who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then we have the Office Assistant opportunity for you. The Office Assistant is a long-term temporary opportunity and is located in the Hainesport, New Jersey area.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Greet guest and answer incoming calls

  • Create memos, letters and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Distribute incoming mail and send packages via regular or overnight mail

  • Provide clerical support by scanning, faxing and filing

  • Handle special administrative projects


  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong data entry skills (65+ words per minute).
