Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Haltom City, Texas. This role is crucial within our team, focusing on the accurate maintenance and management of our inventory records. You will be expected to utilize various software solutions, including ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software, among others, to perform your duties efficiently and effectively.
Must have:
Experience with NetSuite
Strong Excel - VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables & Macro's
8+ years of experience with Inventory
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods within the company inventory.
• Utilize software solutions such as ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and NetSuite to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Perform regular audits of inventory records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding inventory, utilizing excellent customer service skills in answering inbound calls.
• Carry out clerical duties related to inventory management, including data entry and record keeping.
• Use auditing skills to identify discrepancies in inventory records and take corrective action.
• Employ the use of charts and graphs to visually represent inventory levels and trends.
• Manage the asset inventory effectively to ensure assets are accounted for and properly maintained.
• Use the About Time software to efficiently track and manage time spent on various inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and continuity in inventory management.
Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Inventory Clerk or a similar role in related fields.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software to manage financial aspects of inventory.
• Experience with Cerner Technologies for efficient data management.
• Familiarity with Epic Software for healthcare related inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes.
• Ability to utilize ERP Solutions for efficient resource planning and management.
• Experience with About Time software for effective time tracking and management.
• Excellent skills in answering inbound calls to address queries and provide information.
• Proven experience in auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance in inventory management.
• Ability to use Charts - Graphs to present data visually for better understanding.
• Strong clerical skills to perform administrative duties related to inventory management.
• Experience with NetSuite for business management and financial operations.
• Proven knowledge in Asset Inventory management to keep track of company assets.
