Description

We're Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for second shift, 11:30am-8:00pm.

Major responsibilities - You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers - Process high volumes of orders into internal system - Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion - Field and send written business correspondence

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish

    • Adeptness in Microsoft Excel

    • Customer service experience desired

    • Email Correspondence experience preferred

    • Order entry experience

    • Microsoft Word experience

    • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

    • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

    • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

    • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

    • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

    • Strong problem-solving skills
