Description
Robert Half is seeking a controller to join growing Cincinnati location. As the controller, you will partner with the operations team and provide financial expertise and guidance to the plant management. Strong knowledge of costing and inventory. Prior experience in a manufacturing plant accounting/finance role required(5 years+), along with a bachelor's degree in a related field, accounting, finance or business. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge and understanding of DCAA regulations and requirements
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Proficiency in ERP Solutions
• Deep understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Auditing experience
• Experience with Budget Processes
• Ability to handle Month End Close processes
• Knowledge of Acumatica accounting software
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Skills in Budgeting - Forecasting
• Experience with Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• CPA certification is a plus.
