Robert Half is seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join an amazing organization in Hampton, Nh.

The role:
This person will be the main point of contact managing this for the organization. They have an amazing culture and would like this person to be a critical part of that.
Managing the Benefit process and being the main point of contact for employees
Manage high-level leaves of absence and FMLA
Handle all worker compensation claims
Manage multi-state compliance laws
Maintain the company culture
Handle large presentations and create slides to present
Work with various teams and Management

Requirements
