We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the executives of the diversity and inclusion team at a university! The department advocates and promotes inclusion and diversity for the university, and is an unique opportunity for those who are passionate about the cause and able to support a fast paced a dynamic team.
Providing administrative support to the Executive Director.
Filtering through emails and arrange priorities on Gmail or Outlook
High volume calendar management on Google Calendar or Outlook.
Planning and coordinating all travel (domestic)
Meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and sending out calendar invites.
Set up virtual conferences utilizing virtual meeting platform (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
Utilize Google Drive or Cloud Based Storage platforms for file sharing.
Passion for higher education or non-profits and their mission.
Prior experience supporting director level.
At least 3-5 years of administrative experience.
Prior knowledge and utilizing of G-Suite and Zoom.
