Growing Company Seeks Remote Customer Service Representative with EST hours!

Responsibilities
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
Receive and place telephone calls
By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Requirements - Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
Training experience
Comprehension of Microsoft Office Suites
Microsoft Word experience highly desired
Prior experience with complaints
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
General familiarity with About Time
Quality experience with internet
Experience with Customer Support
Good understanding of Claim Administration
Previous experience working with Microsoft Access
Data entry experience required
Experience with A Plus
Solid understanding of customer service
Proven knowledge of Email Correspondence
Proficiency in APISCS Certification
Expertise in call centers
Wide ranging experience with billing
Practical knowledge of Workstation Support
Earlier work involving Merchandising
Hands-on experience with Adjustments
Solid understanding of Technical Issues
Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
Solid understanding of Interpersonal Skills
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Outlook
Foundational knowledge in Written Communication
Excellent problem-solving skills
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
