Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant based in Hanover, Maryland. The successful candidate will be tasked with administering human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas, analyzing HR data, and making recommendations to management. The role involves a certain degree of creativity and latitude, and works under general supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.

• Collect and analyze HR data, making recommendations to management based on findings.

• Process paperwork for the functional area according to established procedures.

• Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies.

• Familiarize with standard concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.

• Utilize limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

• Demonstrate creativity and latitude in fulfilling job duties.

• Contribute to the management of compensation administration.

• Assist with the supervision of benefit functions. Requirements

• 2-4 Years Experience in Human Resources

• Bachelor's Degree

• Self-starter
