Robert Half International Payroll Manager in HANOVER, Maryland


Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager in the Hanover, MD area. This role will support a large payroll department and manage 5-6 people. If you are looking to join a growing organization and make an impact with your work, this may be the job for you.


•Supervise and train payroll staff

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing

•Audit weekly and monthly reports

• Ensure payroll policies and procedures are followed

•Run payroll in a timely manner

•Monitor payroll and audit for accuracy

•Resolve discrepancies

• Develop metrics and set goals for department staff

•Assist in the training and development of payroll team members


  • Full-cycle payroll management experience

  • Strong technical abilities

  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Knowledge of local, state and federal payroll laws
