Description
Robert Half is hiring a Desktop Support Technician in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
**onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
• Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, cell phones, and servers.
• Collaborate with the IT team on initiatives requiring systems or infrastructure support.
• Provide technical support to the staff and clients by investigating, troubleshooting, and assisting in the resolution of computer software, hardware, data, and communication problems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and assist with network, telecommunication, and system related issues
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of department and system documented procedures and processes including IT work instructions.

Requirements
• 3 + years of IT experience
