Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with management to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth operations across all HR functions. Previous experience in HR in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software systems.
Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Assist with the annual compensation review process and benchmarking analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in human resources roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
