Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Hartford, Connecticut
Robert Half has a LONG TERM CONTRACT Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk opportunity in a stimulating work environment with a team of highly skilled professionals in Hartford, CT. This indefinite temporary role will be reporting to the AP Manager and is an immediate need. The main responsibilities will include matching and batching code, resolving A/P issues, and weekly check runs.
Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling
Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail
Matching, batching, coding AP
Research past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)- Must have processed AP in the last 2 years
Detailed and have the ability work independently
ERP System skills highly preferred
