Description Controller – Hands on!

Another very well-established and growing small manufacturer is looking for a very hands-on Controller. This role is for a family business and they still treat all employees like family.

The Controller responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of daily and monthly accounting including AR, AP and payroll, inventory, cost accounting and analysis, preparation and analysis of the annual budget, preparing monthly reports and financial statements, financial analysis and working with the bank and the outside CPA firm. The Controller is also in charge of the front office

Minimum requirements include at least 5 yrs. as a Controller or similar experience with at least 2 in manufacturing, small company experience, a basic understanding of cost accounting experience, the willingness to be hands-on, and the ability to oversee all aspects of an accounting department. A BS in Accounting is also required.

Base salary range to $130,000 plus 100% paid health insurance.
