Senior Accountant (Permanent/Full-time role)
Hybrid opportunity in Hartford County

Your main responsibilities in this position would include month-end close activities, journal entries, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance. This role will also support and serve as backup to team members for the monthly close of accounts receivable, accounts payable & fixed assets, preparation of payroll. The Senior Accountant will also be a key contributor in continuous improvement projects and actively identify areas of improvement. Candidates need to bring strong analytical skills to the role and should be capable of handling challenging, fast-paced work environments. The person in this role will be well compensated and offered a benefits package and the opportunity for advancement.
Requirements:
BS/BA in Accounting
2+ Years of accounting or audit experience.
Public accounting experience is highly preferred.
