Major responsibilities

  • Support project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Finding information online using research tools

  • Seeking further information to fill in gaps of incomplete documents

  • Communicate project information to key partners

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project related events

  • Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations

  • Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers

  • Documenting meetings and keeping records of assignments and progress Requirements - Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

  • Email Correspondence experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Coordination

  • Heavily-Outbound experience

  • Adeptness in Charity Events

  • Proficiency in Outbound Marketing

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • 2+ years of business/office experience necessary for this position

  • High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

  • Expertise in database and file management

  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
