Our client, a boutique Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy law firm located in New Jersey, is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Candidate will work on commercial collection files, basic drafting of legal documents, e-filing in NJ and NY court systems, and ability to interact with clients. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience. Requirements
Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Customer service-oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets
e-Filing experience required
Proficiency in Commercial Collections
3+ years of relevant experience
