Description

Our client, a highly successful wealth management firm, is currently looking for a proactive and dynamic Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As a financial advisor, you are expected to use your skills and knowledge in finance to provide strategic, personalized financial guidance to our clients, helping them meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing an annual marketing plan to meet client acquisition goals.

· Encouraging client acquisition through networking, referral programs, and natural markets.

· Arranging client meetings and appreciation events; handling online marketing initiatives and local advertising.

· Identifying potential planning relationships among clients, preparing and delivering key discussion points for client meetings.

· Providing expert financial advice to our clients and addressing their queries promptly.

· Assessing clients' risk tolerance, financial status, and investment goals to recommend suitable financial plans and products.

· Conducting financial transactions and rebalancing portfolios based on market dynamics and client needs.

· Effective business management, including setting up and maintaining records, providing feedback, and offering technical support when necessary.

· Engaging in regular communication with clients, ensuring they are updated at all times.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

· 3+ years client service/advisor experience, ideally out of a wirehouse

· FINRA licenses – Series 7 & 66
