Description

We are representing a Compensation Manager role with one of Long Islands most well-respected companies. As a core member of a stellar Human Resources team, you will lead all compensation-related activities, including reviewing and adjusting our current program, analyzing market data, and developing salary structures. This role also involves collaborating with the executive team to implement staff retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust our existing compensation program to ensure it aligns with industry standards.

• Conduct thorough market data analysis to develop competitive salary structures.

• Implement best practices in our compensation program to attract and retain top talent.

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop staff retention strategies.

• Handle all compensation-related inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.

• Utilize skills in Compensation Administration, Compensation Analysis, and Compensation Benchmarking to ensure effective management of the compensation program.

• Conduct Compensation Surveys to gather insights and data for compensation planning.

• Oversee the Bonus Program and Incentive Compensation to ensure fair and motivating compensation for all employees

Requirements • Proficient in Bonus Program management and administration

• Skilled in Compensation Administration tasks and responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability in executing Compensation Analysis

• Capable of performing Compensation Benchmarking effectively

• Experience in conducting Compensation Surveys

• Expertise in designing and implementing Incentive Compensation schemes

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of compensation management is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey compensation information to employees and stakeholders

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
