We have an opening for a Sales Assistant in an exciting opportunity for driven self-starters that are eager to expand their career. What you get to do every day

  • Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed

  • Producing sales reports and preparing presentations

  • Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions

  • Preparing travel and meeting arrangements

  • Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks

  • Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service

  • Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed

  • Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees

  • Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services

  • Writing communications and proofreading materials


  • Exceptional social skills, previous experience coordinating projects, and able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

  • Good understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Microsoft Excel experience desired

  • 3+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field
