Your responsibilities in this role
Play a key role in system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration of NetSuite Financials
Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies
Team up with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines
Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Solid technology and analytical abilities
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
Customer service oriented communication skills
Knowledge of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) experience highly preferred
Background working with Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Solid understanding of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
Proficiency in month end closings
Practical knowledge of team management
General familiarity with Annual Internal Audit
Demonstrated knowledge of Annual External Audit
General ledger experience preferred
Adeptness in Monthly Financial Statements
Financial statements consolidation experience highly desired
5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
