We are offering a unique opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Hayward, California. The role primarily involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications in a detailed and efficient manner

• Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer credit

• Resolving customer inquiries related to credit

• Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly

• Taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Handling invoicing tasks, including equipment invoicing and billing for spare parts and repair work

• Processing credit card payments

• Managing high volume data entry tasks related to multiple portal accounts

• Utilizing SAP for project setup and customization of invoices

• Applying cash applications and maintaining their records.

Requirements • Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.

• Must possess skills in Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in billing processes is required.

• Familiarity with cash applications is essential.

• Must have excellent data entry skills.

• A background in the manufacturing industry is desirable.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills are required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Must have good organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Must have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Demonstrate ethical behavior and business practices.
