Description

Growing East Bay security firm client is looking for a direct hire Branch Manager.

In this Branch Manager role, your responsibilities will include:

o Supervise and manage a team of 15 branch staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team

o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

o Foster a positive and rewarding work environment and encourage professional development

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

o Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively

o Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback

o Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new external staff

o Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make hiring decisions

o Manage employee terminations in compliance with company policies and law regulations

o Coordinate regular communication between clients and security personnel

o Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for branch growth

o Encourage collaboration and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas

o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability

o Oversee employee timekeeping processes to ensure accurate recording

o Manage payroll duties, ensuring timely and accurate compensation

o Monitor and manage operational costs within budget constraints

o Manage all office admin tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

o Maintain organized records, files, and documentation

o Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

o Arrange coverage for clients as needed, ensuring uninterrupted service

o Collaborate with scheduling and staffing teams to address any gaps in coverage

o Establish and maintain employee recognition and rewards program

o Acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements and milestones

o Oversee various operational aspects, ensuring compliance with company standards

o Be aware of industry trends and best practices to enhance branch efficiency

o Handle any other duties and responsibilities essential for the branch’s success

This is a fast-growing branch, and the client is looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive with constantly changing priorities and unexpected issues to handle.
