Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Hazel Crest, Illinois
Description Job Duties
Process payroll for weekly and bi-weekly
Multistate and Multinational payroll
Process funding requests from Vendors
Process and report on taxes, garnishments, deductions etc..
Balance, reconcile any discrepancies for payroll
Assist with GL reporting and balancing
Participate in Audits
Help with timecard questions
Year-end closing activities (includes writing tax exemption letters and state specific wage notices)
Process various union payments
Job Requirements
Previous payroll experience (preferably 5+ years)
Must have experience processing and reporting on taxes (for payroll)
Attention to detail
Experience doing payroll in multiple jurisdictions would be a big plus
Being a CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) would be a plus Requirements Payroll, Multistate Payroll, Multinational, Federal Taxes, Microsoft Excel
