Robert Half is currently partnering with a client out of the manufacturing industry in northern Monmouth County to find a financial analyst. In this role, you will be crucial in managing financial models, supporting reporting, and maintaining relationships with colleagues and project managers. Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience as a Financial Analyst

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros)

Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
