Major responsibilities
Field and send written business correspondence
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage and place incoming telephone calls
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Knowledge of Computer Skills
Cash Handling experience
Customer service experience
- Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong computer skills including customer database systems
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
