Description We are looking for an attentive and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Henrico, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point of contact for customer queries, be responsible for order entries, and ensure seamless communication between various departments. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to incoming calls and addressing customer queries effectively
• Entering the details of customer orders accurately into the system
• Notifying the warehouse about the orders and ensuring timely dispatch
• Sending order confirmations to customers and addressing any discrepancies
• Delivering excellent customer service to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Serving as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth operations
• Creating shipping labels for orders to facilitate accurate and timely delivery
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence
• Scheduling appointments as required for efficient service delivery. Requirements • Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls.
• Experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Experience in email correspondence, managing and responding to customer inquiries.
• Skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing multiple schedules simultaneously.
