Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in the Financial Services sector. Your workplace will be in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania, United States, where you will be a vital part of our team, dealing with customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer queries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or queries via diverse communication channels such as phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.

• Assist customers with opening new accounts, updating existing ones, and resolving general banking inquiries.

• Provide precise information about our banking products and services to customers.

• Document customer interactions in the CRM system with thoroughness and accuracy.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

• Conduct account analysis to offer banking solutions that meet customers' needs.

• Handle customer data with confidentiality and in adherence to banking regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all banking services, products, and procedures.

• Proactively manage customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Possess familiarity with Computer Programs relevant to customer service.

• Experience or willingness to learn CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Ability to answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively and efficiently.

• Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to resolve customer service issues promptly.

• Commitment to providing superior customer service at all times.
