Description We are recruiting for a Loan Servicing - Support role in the Financial Services industry, located in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania, United States. The selected candidate will be a part of a dynamic team, working in a call center setting, primarily dealing with inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage processing. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in relation to loan services
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to loan servicing
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the call center team
• Execute assigned tasks related to mortgage processing
• Utilize CRM to track and manage customer interactions
• Adhere to compliance regulations within the financial services industry
• Collaborate with bank relations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in closing processes as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements
• Proficiency in CRM for managing customer relationships
• Experience in Data Processing is essential
• Familiarity with Appraisals in the financial industry
• Must have experience with Bank Relations
• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is necessary
• Familiarity with Closing Processes in the financial industry
• Must have knowledge of Compliance processes in the financial services industry
