Robert Half International Escrow Assistant in Hermosa Beach, California


Officeteam is looking for a strong Escrow Assistant that will be responsible for the coordination of daily office operations and customer service while providing administrative support to escrow closing officers. Primary responsibilities include maintaining proper communication between all parties through the entire closing process with all parties as well as but not limited to:

Candidates with Escrow experience: Please send your resume to

Researching customer files and preparing real estate closing documents.

Collaborate with loan officers, real estate agents, and customers to ensure closing requirements are met and disburse funds from transactions.

Accomplish escrow assistant training within 2 weeks

Increase productivity by implementing standard file processing procedures and organize a supply ordering system
