Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain updated and accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and resolve any credit related inquiries

• Implement effective negotiation tactics to handle delinquent payments

• Utilize pricing skills to manage customer credit accounts

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operation of the credit department

• Handle any other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements • Responsible for maintaining and updating documents

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Proficient in using document management software and systems

• Strong skills in negotiation and pricing

• Excellent organizational skills to keep documents orderly

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Familiarity with standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role

• Basic understanding of construction documents

• Ability to train others in document control processes and procedures

• Knowledge of electronic document management systems
