You will own financial statements, budget preparation, and full cycle A/P in this Bookkeeper position. Your responsibilities in this role
Additional special projects if necessary
Keep a General Ledger
Direct monthly accounting close
Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Assisting in Budget Preparation & Forecasting
Supporting the Accounting Team
-3+ years experience in Bookkeeping
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Strong attention to detail
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems/ Sage 100 Preferred
Expertise in Month End Statements/ AP/ AR
-Prior exposure to construction accounting
