How you will make an impact
Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies
Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
Managing all incoming phone calls
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Microsoft Word experience required
Proven knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment
Comprehensive knowledge of order entry / data entry
Deep understanding of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics is a plus
Experience with ADP Financial Services is a plus
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
efficient, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Incoming phone call management skills desired
