Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I position situated in Hesston, Kansas, 67062, United States. This role serves as a crucial element within our telecom provider company, primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized workflow. The Help Desk Analyst I will be actively involved in managing, troubleshooting, and providing support for various technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills and take the initiative to resolve issues without the need for micromanagement.

• Proficiency in using O365| MS Office Suite and ServiceNow ticketing system for efficient task management.

• Provide essential Win10 Desktop support while maintaining integrity and security of the systems.

• Utilize light experience with Active Directory for managing access and permissions.

• Troubleshoot TCP/IP issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted network connectivity.

• Understand network shares and folder securities, domain controllers & replication for effective management of network resources.

• Manage pressure effectively and exhibit good time management skills.

• Collaborate with HR to monitor user activities and maintain compliance.

• Possess experience with Exchange for managing email communication.

• Familiarity with SCCM Imaging for setting up new computers and imaging.

• Tier 1 Support Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar IT support position

• Proficiency in computer hardware and desktop hardware

• Experience with MS Office 365 and MS Office

• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Active Directory

• Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting

• Ability to perform network troubleshooting

• Experience in providing Tier 1 support

• Knowledge of deskside support and basic troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
