Job Description:
We're looking for a highly organized and meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our client's close-knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions and records of the company. Their tasks will include maintaining financial records, running reports, and assisting with audits and budgeting procedures.
Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and payroll.
Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
Assist in running financial reports and interpreting financial information.
Support the team with audit and budget preparations.
Ensure the integrity of accounting entry and procedure compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven accounting or related experience
Strong working expertise with MS Excel
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.
