Our client a leading healthcare company is looking for qualified Customer Service Representatives with call center experience. Their call center plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Call Center Representatives.

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with inquiries, requests, or concerns. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and provide professional and courteous support to ensure a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Listen attentively to customers' inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide product/service information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution of customer issues.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating account information.

  • Verify customer information and ensure accuracy of order details.

Problem Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve customer complaints or escalations, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.

  • Generate reports and provide feedback to management on trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction ratings.



  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is beneficial but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
