Robert Half Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director in Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Description We are looking for a diligent Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to join our esteemed team in the Real Estate & Property industry. This role is based in HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado, and involves managing the payroll functions of our organization. Responsibilities:
• Ensuring compliance with current government regulations related to payroll
• Establishing and implementing policies on matters such as garnishments and payroll advancements to employees
• Preparing government reporting related to payroll
• Preparing accruals and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Hiring, training, developing, and supervising payroll staff
• Leveraging software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for managing and executing payroll-related tasks
• Overseeing all accounting functions related to payroll
• Liaising with C-Suite executives and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Implementing and managing automated payroll systems
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in managing Accounting Functions
• Ability to liaise with C-Suite executives
• Knowledge of Automated Payroll systems
• Prior experience in a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director role within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in Payroll Management would be advantageous.
