Description We are seeking a Controller to join our team in HILLSBORO, Oregon. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the telecom provider industry. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for project management support, documentation of accounting policies & procedures, and managing the overall accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Support project management initiatives, utilizing your background in accounting and management.

• Leverage global experience to provide a comprehensive approach to our accounting operations.

• Document and revise fiscal policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Create and update technical documents and project status reports.

• Produce accounting and project management reports, demonstrating strong technical writing skills.

• Exhibit strong GAAP experience, applying this knowledge to our daily operations.

• Manage and drive projects independently, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools to enhance efficiency.

• Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Conduct auditing and manage budget processes, ensuring financial stability and growth. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with DCAA regulations and requirements

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience implementing and utilizing ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing practices and principles

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Ability to execute Controller job function effectively and efficiently.
