Description
We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in the construction industry, located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role involves providing data entry support to update vendor files, entering contract information such as customer names, addresses, order specifications, and more. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Enter detailed contract information, including customer names and addresses
• Use Microsoft Office Suites to maintain and update records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to type at a speed of 45-60 words per minute.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency in entering data.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems related to data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
