Your responsibilities in this role

  • Managing interviews

  • Formulating internal recommendations

  • Administrating various administrative duties

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Making use of digital recruiting resources

  • Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Schedule Interviews

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Solid understanding of new employee orientation

  • Job Postings experience required

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Outlook

  • Proficiency in Conducting Phone Screens

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Word

  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

    • You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

    • The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
