Description
We have a Remote Project Coordinator opening for our client in West Michigan. This position is geared toward individuals with a strong eye for detail and technical acumen. The Project Coordinator will coordinate a large number of IT projects of various sizes for the company's customers. Additional responsibilities include:
Manufacture deal registration (DDO/SPA)
Vendor coordination and follow-up
Project status updates
Project equipment schedule with labor coordination
Reach out to suppliers/purchasing on items such as purchase components details for accurate delivery times
Requirements
Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work.
Strong organization skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to become proficient in company systems, processes and tools.
This person must be organized and can follow a schedule of tasks by due dates and times.
