Description We are inviting applications for the role of a PC Technician based in Holland, Ohio. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with software development and product manufacturing teams to support daily operations. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, including system setup, software troubleshooting, and asset management, along with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user and group settings in Office 365 at both the Admin and Client level

• Implement and review retention policies, transport rules, quarantine procedure, and device access

• Assist with troubleshooting issues with proprietary software in collaboration with the development team

• Maintain an organized list of IT assets and consumables

• Provide support for operations involving specialized devices such as automated label printers, HMI computers, and wireless tablet scanners

• Set up new computers and manage disk space, software installation, and device setup for existing systems

• Serve as a point of contact for the development team, communicating clearly and professionally with individuals both inside and outside the team. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PC Technician role.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Dell Technologies.

• Experience with EO/IR systems is necessary.

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools.

• Strong knowledge of networking principles and practices.

• Understanding of different operating systems.

• Experience with Active Directory.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware.

• Proficiency in configuration management.

• Experience with deployments in a professional setting.

• Ability to provide deskside support to users.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Must have a commitment to continuous professional development.
