Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Holland, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Plastics Manufacturing industry at our workplace in HOLLAND, Ohio. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of key systems and processes, including 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode', 'Ceridian', 'HRMS', 'About Time', 'Benefit Functions', 'Compensation Administration', 'Compliance', and 'Employee Relations'.

Responsibilities:

• Administering ADP Financial Services and managing ADP Workforce Now

• Overseeing Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) systems and processes

• Utilizing Ceridian for various HR functions

• Managing HRMS (Human Resources Management System) to ensure smooth HR operations

• Implementing 'About Time' software to track employee hours and schedules

• Administering benefit functions and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Overseeing compensation administration to ensure fair and equitable pay across the organization

• Ensuring compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies

• Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Requirements • Possess practical knowledge and experience in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HRMS

• Experience with About Time, Benefit Functions, and Compensation Administration

• Proficiency in Compliance and Employee Relations in the context of the plastics manufacturing industry

• Adept at managing and resolving employee issues and fostering strong employee relations

• Experience in maintaining HR records and implementing HR policies and procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Previous experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
