Robert Half Office Manager in Holland, Ohio

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Office Manager in the Plastics Manufacturing industry, located in Holland, Ohio. The role involves overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring smooth operations within the office. With a focus on maintaining customer credit records and processing credit applications, you will play a crucial role in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records.

• Address and resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer credit accounts, taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various office functions.

• Employ Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting.

• Oversee accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely manner.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or complaints promptly.

• Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Office Manager within the Plastics Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in handling Billing Functions

• Proven Customer Service skills

• Experience in managing Shipping & Receiving operations

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
