Robert Half Voice Analyst in Holland, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Telecommunications Specialist. This role involves joining our Network Operations Center, providing crucial support for our VoIP related products and serving as a primary technical support point. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our team and customers.

Responsibilities: • Serve as the main escalation path for field agents with VoIP related issues and queries. • Monitor network devices, interfaces, and trouble tickets, ensuring customer voice services are running smoothly. • Troubleshoot issues with our voice services and update call paths as necessary. • Communicate effectively with carriers and vendors to open new trouble tickets, schedule dispatches, and keep up-to-date on existing trouble tickets. • Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding service troubles or call path changes in a timely and detail oriented manner. • Coordinate the proper installation and configuration of voice service components. • Maintain active communication with our customers, on-site technicians, and carrier service providers. • Work directly with our Technical Support Engineers and VoIP Engineers to support and troubleshoot our voice platforms. • Ensure all tickets and jobs are handled quickly and accurately from start to finish. • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Skills: • Proficiency in Cisco Voice Over Internet (VoIP), Voice over internet protocol (VoIP), VoIP, VOIP - Voice Over IP, VoIP System. • Familiarity with IP Telephony, Telephony System, Network Operation Center. • Basic troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of ISDN, SIP. • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer service issues efficiently. • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a team-oriented environment. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a Telecommunications Specialist role or similar

• Proficiency in Cisco Voice Over Internet (Voip)

• Familiarity with Voice over internet protocol (VoIP)

• Ability to operate and manage VoIP systems

• Experience with IP Telephony and Telephony Systems

• Knowledge and experience of working in a Network Operation Center

• Basic troubleshooting skills in a telecommunications environment

• Understanding of ISDN and SIP technologies

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to resolve customer service issues effectively
