Robert Half Revenue Cycle Analyst in Hollywood, California
Description
One of Los Angeles's most widely known and respected hospital groups is in search for a Revenue Cycle Analyst for their Revenue Cycle Management department. The Revenue Cycle Analyst role will require heavy analysis of revenue cycle KPI's and productivity metrics through understanding and experience in reviewing denials trends data and improve data quality. This individual will also conduct user support trainings and create training material for users within the department. Creativity is a must because the ideal candidate for this role will work to identify opportunities to improve business processes intra and inter-departmentally. The Revenue Cycle Analyst will innovate within the scope of available resources and system limitations to create tools which will increase efficiency and accuracy of revenue cycle reporting and operations surrounding expense processing.
Requirements
3+ years of revenue cycle analysis or business analysis experience in the healthcare industry.
Support the Revenue Cycle Director in performing analysis and setting up reports for denial trends, collections performance, and productivity metrics
Gather data in Excel and utilize Pivot Table and V-Look Ups to organize clinic revenue cycle data.
Strong understanding of professional billing and medical clinic operations
Systems experience with Excel is required and EHR systems experience is a plus
